Please contact us and inform us of the situation and we will provide you with instructions on how to send the obsolete phone or tablet case.

Foxy Case will also offer replace items that are damaged upon delivery. Foxy Case will not replace items that were incorrectly purchased, so always double check the make and model of your phone or tablet case before committing to a purchase.
